Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local Deliveries 

Local deliveries are only available to customers who reside within a 40 mile radius and have a minimum order of $35.00. Local delivery fee will need to be paid by customer at checkout. Local deliveries are available Friday-Sunday from 12pm-8pm. If expedited delivery is needed, please call or email the shop to make arrangements. We will contact you via text message or email, based on contact information provided at checkout, to coordinate delivery. 

Shipping 

We ship Celebrations Made Best products both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. The shipping carriers quote, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer. 

Personalized (custom) orders take 1-2 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order. 

Access to Digital Product Purchase

If you order an editable or non-editable product you will not receive a physical product. The product will be provided electronically via email links. 

Access to non-editable digital products will be immediate following the successful payment and processing of the order. You will receive an email from Shopify, to the contact provided at checkout, instantly with a link to download the non-editable digital product. You will be able to download the product directly to your laptop, desktop, or mobile device. 

Access to editable digital products will occur within 5-10 minutes of purchase. You will receive an will receive an email from Shopify, to the contact provided at checkout, instantly with a link to download our Thank You note that provides you details on how you will access the editable digital product. You will receive an email from Corjl (editing software) with a link to access the editable digital product. You will be redirected to the Corjl website where you will login in to begin editing the product. Once you have completed editing the product(s) to your liking you will be able to immediately download it directly your laptop, desktop, or mobile device.

Shipping to P.O Boxes 

Some shipping carriers have limitations to shipping to P.O Boxes. Do not use P.O. Box address to avoid any issues or possible delays in receiving your order. 

 How do I  check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 2-8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@celebrationsmadebest.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges 

We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@celebrationsmadebest.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

There is a no-return policy for digital downloadable products purchased from this shop.
